J. Lo

Jennifer Lopez is proud of her Latina roots and curvy behind.  Double zero booties populate a Hollywood world where  womanly women do not fit in.  Many celebrities who shape this ideal are starving themselves to get there.  J. Lo’s image breaks tape measuring bonds to reach out to the Hollywood-exiled woman.

What makes a woman glow?  Lopez says:

I wanted it to be fresh and clean, but still sexy and sensual – something that feels like you just came out of the shower and you are the sexiest person in the world.

Her wish is that every woman would reach inside and find her inner glow— with the help of her perfume, of course.

Next to J. Lo’s naked body the Glow bottle imitates a woman’s natural waist/hip curves.  The double zero sized woman is not invited to this hourglass party!  The viewer peeks at her illuminated figure in a iridescent shower stall.  Even her hair is pulled back in a shower cap she definitely did not purchase at the local drugstore.  A pale pastel palate creates a pure ambience.  J. Lo’s advertisement specialists have managed to design an ad that is not  pornographic, despite the lack of clothing on this curvaceous woman (shower cap not included).

Oxytocin, blood volume, and active oil glands are biological reasons for the glow in women noted during puberty and pregnancy.  Glowing women are women with positive self- esteem.  This is the glow that J. Lo promises, only without a pregnancy or yucky PMS feeling.

J. Lo rests within the top 50 “sexiest women that will ever exist in this universe.”  Such an authority must tell the truth when she says that the purchaser will exit the shower thinking she is the sexiest woman in the world.

Reader, I ask you, what is Jennifer’s sexiest … eh hem… asset?

Curves!

According to a recent study by The National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, curvy women produce brilliant children.  Apparently booty, hip and thigh fat contain high amounts of Omega-3 fatty acids.  Omega-3 fatty acids aid in neuron communication in the brain.

Researcher William Lassek was recently interviewed by the Pittsburgh City Paper:

A Chicago Tribune editorial jokingly claimed the study provides “a scientific answer to the question, ‘Why is J-Lo so hot?’ Because males have a biological imperative to produce intelligent offspring, that’s why.”

Exactly. That summarizes it well.

A relatively low waist-hip ratio is considered a contributor to health, fertility and beauty.  Waif-like Keira Knightly and Victoria Beckham are about a 0.8 ratio.  Currently the most beautiful woman in the world, Megan Fox is 0.77 and badass Angelina Jolie is 0.73.  Jessica Alba is right on the money at 0.7.  Finally, Jennifer Lopez’s ratio is a whopping 0.67.

Lopez’s real hips= sexiness, fertility, and smart offspring.  High self-esteem= glowing.  Jennifer Lopez’s perfume tells the purchaser she will be sexy and glowing, or that the perfume will emit such things.  The bottle itself is a shapely figure.

Wow!  What potential!  All from wearing Glow!

And what about Jennifer Lopez’s newest, unreleased fragrance?

Although she is fully clothed, I find this advertisement quite similar to the aforementioned ad.  It is an intimate moment.  The color scheme is the same.  She is luminescent.  The baby is luminescent.

She created this when she was pregnant with her twins.  I am sure this accounts for the pregnancy glow.

The bottle pictures a double sided boy and girl angel bust, because:

Every baby is an angel.

When asked about the new scent:

The smell of a baby’s head intrigues me right now.

But no babies went into that bottle. None!

…ok…

A significant difference is a lack of skin.  This adjustment encompasses a greater audience.  While the previous ad targeted all bootylicious women, this one is for mommy, and any other woman who likes lavender and baby powder smells.  Which is quite a few.

J. Lo isn’t the only woman in America obsessing over “new baby” smells.

I have a feeling J.Lo’s wholesome and angelic smile presented in My Glow will make bank, leaving her squeaky clean Glow behind.
